The USB drivers are not included in the sony download. If you need them, I have a copy of the CD contents which can be downloaded here. Please note that the CD contains V1 of the software, you can download V1. Have fun. PS- I prefer my Harmony to this Sony, much easier to program and much cleaner user interface.

If anyone had problems when upgrading to windows 7 64bit because the 32 driver will no longer work, download and install the windows XP virtual PC for windows 7 from MS. Then install the version 1 software into the XP virtual PC from the drbones post above. Thank you so much dr bones.
